From the first call to the delivery date everything was as promised. Pick up was on a Friday and the car was delivered on Monday. The car was dirty on the outside, but expected when choosing an open trailer and the season (winter). Both drivers were very helpful and respectful of my time. Will recommend and use them again.

Yes, all of our carriers are insured to meet State and Federal requirements. The driver will inspect the vehicle at pick-up and delivery. When your vehicle is delivered, it is your responsibility to inspect for any damage that may have occurred during the car shipping process.
Document any damage on the Bill of Lading and obtain the driver’s signature. The insurance company will not process claims if damages are not documented at the time of delivery.
