From the first call to the delivery date everything was as promised. Pick up was on a Friday and the car was delivered on Monday. The car was dirty on the outside, but expected when choosing an open trailer and the season (winter). Both drivers were very helpful and respectful of my time. Will recommend and use them again.
Car transport is not a logistically easy thing to do. I wish that pickup and delivery could be scheduled more precisely. I’ve used Easyway 3 times now, and my vehicle arrived safely, fairly timely, and in same condition. Drivers were professional both times. There were also no hidden fees/costs or surprises.
Fair pricing, accurate information and great communication throughout the process. I would use them again. Thank you for helping with my cross country move!!!
A representative named David has gone above and beyond to assist me in regards to automobile deliveries on several occasions. I would strongly recommend him to anyone dealing with this company. He is the best!
I’ve never had to have a car shipped to me from the other side of the country. I thought it was going to be a hassle. The dealer from whom we bought the car never explained how the process works, and we were afraid we were going to have to wait an undetermined amount of time for delivery.
Open car carriers can fit up to 10 cars at once on their trailers, so it’s more cost-effective than enclosed.
About 90% of truckers operate an open auto transport carrier, which means it is always easier to find a truck to ship your car. So, after order for shipment is placed, we quickly find a truck for you, and arrange the pickup time.
There’s nothing to worry about when your car is fully covered. Once the driver picks up the vehicle, it is fully insured for no extra cost to you until the car gets delivered.
With open auto transport, you can always request a top load spot so no vehicle would be loaded above yours during entire transportation process.
You may put up to 100 lbs. of personal items in the trunk of your vehicle. EasyWay is not responsible for it and personal items are not covered by the carrier’s cargo insurance.
Yes, all of our carriers are insured to meet State and Federal requirements. The driver will inspect the vehicle at pick-up and delivery. When your vehicle is delivered, it is your responsibility to inspect for any damage that may have occurred during the car shipping process. Document any damage on the Bill of Lading and obtain the driver’s signature. The insurance company will not process claims if damages are not documented at the time of delivery.
